Hi. I am Ina McLachlan, the office manager here at Our Lady of Lourdes School. We are looking for hot lunch once a week on Wednesdays for a student body of approximately 340 students. Not all students buy hot lunch. We average around 175-200 lunches. With the right lunches, the number could be higher. Typically our most popular lunches have been tacos, hot dogs, pasta bar, baked potato bar (all with accompanying foods.) We have other lunches that are offered, but the numbers go down. It would be nice to limit the number of offerings. Spaghetti sounds good! We probably are looking more toward the next school year at this point, but would love to have you give us a per student cost.
