On / off valve replaced at water main in garage.

The valve at the water main coming into the house, inside the door of my garage needs to be replaced. It is old, and does not turn off tight. It has a small round knob, (like most all outside faucets that simple turns). It will need to be replaced. The inside sweems to be not working as it shoud. Built in 1971. Some soldering and pipe cutting will be needed.
I understand a bid will be hard to give with out looking at the work. Looking more of hour rates, your skill level, license and bonded and avaiablitly next week to do the work.
