We're looking for a quote on an Hors d'oeuvres buffet, not a plated dinner for a wedding of 80-100 people, with a budget of $1500

The bride (as well as a few guests) have particular food allergies (including a few with celiac disease, and one with an allergy to nightshades and potatoes). We will need dishes/glassware/flatware, and linens for our eight foot rectangular tables. (12)
