Need a new torch down roof or even better, I Would like to build on trusses and create a pitched roof rather than just re-roofing the current flat roof. It's about a 1400 sf building at Lake Sutherland. If you submit a bid, please submit bids A and B. Bid A is a tear off existing flat roofing material and replace with new torch down. Bid B is a tear off and replace with trusses and laminate shingle roofing. Thanks!
