Frequently Asked Questions

Some of the questions we get asked...
  • What is included in my WhoCanHelp account? All accounts include the ability to create posts and to make offers. Visit our Consumer Signup to create a consumer account, or visit our Providing Services page to see what additional features are available for service providers, as well as to create your free business profile.
  • What if I can’t find a category that fits my post? Place it in the category that is the closest fit, and add detailed tags to the post. You can also click the Contact link and leave us a message suggesting a new category.
  • Are all of your service providers licensed and bonded? At this time we do not verify if service providers are licensed, bonded or insured. If these are requirements for your request be sure to include the criteria in your post and ask the service provider to provide you proof of current license and bond. They can add as an attachment to the Offer when it is made.
  • Who uses WhoCanHelp? Everyone! For consumers, WhoCanHelp.com is a new way to shop for services. For service providers, WhoCanHelp is a new way to connect directly to people actively shopping online for the services you provide.

  • Why isn’t my post showing up?

If the time you requested service by or the display until date has passed your post has expired.

If you have recently changed your email address you may need to validate your email address before your posts will be shown.

Posts that violate our Terms of Use or Post Guidelines are removed by WhoCanHelp.com.

  • Can I withdraw a Post or an offer? Yes, on the post detail page, if you created the post, there will be a link allowing you to withdraw your post. If you want to withdraw an offer, go to "Providing Services" in your dashboard and click on the offer. You will be taken to the offer and from there, click on the "withdraw offer" link.
