- Can I have multiple WhoCanHelp accounts? Yes, but they have to be associated with separate email addresses and phone numbers. We recommend that you only use one account to get the best use of our ratings and review features.
- How do I validate my email address? Check the email address associated with the account, there should be an email from WhoCanHelp (check your spam if you don’t see one). Follow the steps in the email to validate your address.
- Can I change my post after I've submitted it? You can only add additional information and tags. If you need to do more, you can withdraw the post and create a new one.
