Wanted: Rental (land, MSO, unique)

My girlfriend and I are looking for a great place to live. She's an artist, I'm a young professional. We can rent,we want to own, we could house/farm/ranch sit, in and around 20 min of Missoula. Honestly, we're looking for a hardwood floored, 2+ bd, garage, yard?, land? deck, etc in or around Missoula, must be unique. No rush, but could act within 30 days (notice to current landlord and all).

A $1000/mo or less is what we're hoping for. Added on 10/11/2010.
