I have an unfinished basement which simply needs a bathroom roughed in to prep for sheetrock. Toilet, shower and vanity. Water lines are PEX and supply is close. Toilet and shower drain are already in wood-boxes recessed in concrete floor. It should be a relatively straight-forward task. I will post a blue print and pictures later today in order to give you an idea without a formal walk-through. If a ballpark offer looks interesting I'll invite you over for an in-person look. Would like rough estimate and then separate finish estimate. Licensed and bonded only please.
