St 4 cancer patient needs divorce/legal help

Hello, I have been battling St 4 breast cancer since 8/09. Since then, it has also been a battle with my husband, and I need a divorce. The emotional issues are escalating- as is the financial issues, and my husband doesn't have the where with all to deal with his business debts. I no longer have the capacity to fight the financial issues anymore. I can't get my disability, as he refuses to dispose of any assets, or deal with the financial mess. I can't clean up after him anymore. So I need a divorce,(that I can't afford), and a peaceful enviroment to live in so I can fight my battle. I am afraid if I don't get some separation and a healthier living situation, that I will just give up and die. So I am looking for legal help that will include divorce to start with. I will probably be needing to file bankruptcy as well.
