Room is approximately 18 x 23 with vaulted ceiling. It is Pilates studio. There are french doors on the east wall that also has a fireplace. The south wall has a window approximately 4x5. The west wall has a window approximately 3 x5. The 18 x 23 includes a small waiting area with flat ceiling. There is also a small bathroom with a flat celing.
