Flexible timeframe

Phoenix, AZ (85029)
Need a 1966 Mustang painted. Will have to completly sand off old paint (what is left of it) and primed. Want a burgandy color and (white) mother of purle stripes on hood and trunk. It does have a couple of small spots of rust to be removed.
